Returns are accepted within 90 days from the delivery date.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be returned in acceptable condition  
• Proof of purchase may be required  

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Final sale items  
• Gift cards  
• Items damaged due to misuse  

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Order number  
• Description of issue  
• Photos of the item

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.

Once fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
